How To Purchase Tickets

- This program's website only accepts purchases from members who have completed phone number and email verification. Before purchasing, please "join as a member" and complete the "phone number and email address" verification as soon as possible to proceed with the ticket purchase process. (If you do not receive the SMS for phone number verification, please click here.)
- To ensure your rights, we strongly recommend not using Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses when registering as a member or filling out the contact email during checkout. This is to avoid issues such as blocked, missed, or spam emails that may prevent you from receiving the "order confirmation email".
- The order confirmation email may not be delivered due to other factors and is only for transaction notification purposes. Not receiving the order confirmation email does not mean the transaction was unsuccessful or the credit card payment failed. Please try to make the payment again within the payment deadline (even if you receive a successful authorization SMS or email from the bank). If the order is canceled due to expiration, it means the order was not successfully placed, and you will need to reorder. If you are unable to confirm the transaction status on the website, please check your purchase details in the "Orders" section of your member account. KKTIX Website Ticket Purchase
- Each order allows up to 4 tickets (Maximum of 10 tickets per KKTIX member).
- When purchasing tickets, you can choose either "Select Seats Yourself/Computer-Assigned Seats." If you choose to select seats yourself, you can change your seats within the specified time. If there are no adjacent seats available at the moment, the system will allocate non-adjacent seats according to the number of tickets selected.
- Payment methods: Credit card (VISA/MASTER/JCB), ATM virtual account.
- To enhance online credit card payment security, the KKTIX ticketing system has implemented a more secure credit card 3D verification service. Members will receive an SMS verification code when purchasing tickets to ensure the card number belongs to the cardholder, providing a safer online transaction environment. - Notes for ATM virtual account payment: Only available for ATM cards issued by Taiwanese financial institutions with "non-designated account transfer" enabled. Orders over NT$30,000 are not eligible for ATM payment. Please complete payment before the deadline—unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.

FamilyMart FamiPort Ticket Purchase：
- No need to join as a member, each order is limited to 4 tickets.
- Automatic seat allocation by the system. After selecting the area, the system will automatically allocate to the most suitable area and seats for the ticket price purchased, which may differ from the selected area. You cannot choose the area or seats yourself.
- Payment method: Cash only
- Ticket collection method: Directly collect tickets at the FamilyMart convenience store counter after payment, no handling fee

- After printing the payment slip at FamilyMart Convenience Store FamiPort, you must complete the payment at the counter within 10 minutes. Instructions for Disability Tickets：
- Only accept fax orders, starting from Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Limited quantity, available while supplies last.
- Each disabled person, including the companion, can purchase up to 2 tickets, and the necessary companion must enter at the same time. Please download the "KKTIX ticket purchase credit card form".
- Arranged in 2nd Floor Areas 2A, 2B, 2D, and 2E. Ticket price is NT$1,694 per seat.
- Complete the form and fax it with a copy of the disability certificate to (02) 2777-3086. KKTIX does not guarantee that successful faxing will definitely secure tickets. The order establishment order is based on the receipt order.
- Forms with errors, omissions, illegible, or without a faxed disability certificate will not be accepted.
- Please bring valid documents when entering. Those without documents, qualifications not met, or not the person themselves need to pay the price difference to enter.

退 票 說 明
- 根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案二：消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以收到退票申請日(電子票)或郵戳(實體票)為準，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費，範例如下：
- 2025/5/11購買，退票截止日為2025/5/14 (含)，2025/5/15 (含)起的退票不再受理
- 電子票券：如欲辦理退票請於退票期限內至以下連結填寫表單
- 實體票券：退票皆需以郵寄方式退回票券，請將「票券」及「KKTIX退票申請書」以掛號方式郵寄至「KKTIX票務組收 / 105039 臺北體育場郵局第060號信箱」。

Refund Procedures
- According to the second ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of “Ministry of Culture”, tickets are refundable with 5% return handing fee for three days ONLY after you purchase them. For example:
- Tickets purchased on 2025/5/11 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/5/14. Tickets mailed out on and after 2025/5/15 for refund will NOT be accepted.
- In order to process your refund request, physical tickets must be mailed to KKTIX before the due date. For KKTIX address, please refer to KKTIX REFUND POLICY.

NOTE: If you choose Family Mart as ticket collect method, you will still need to pick up your ticket at Family Mart and send it to KKTIX.

- 一人一票、憑票入場，5歲以下孩童不得入場，票券視同有價證券，請妥善保存，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發。
- 電子票券為無記名票券，請勿將票券QR Code任意公開或提供給第三人，以防遭人冒領入場。
- 取票方式選擇電子票券可前往 App Store ／ Google Play 下載KKTIX app，入場時以行動裝置秀出QR Code 掃描入場。
- 如遇票券毀損、滅失或遺失，主辦單位將依「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第七項「票券毀損、滅失及遺失之入場機制：主辦單位應提供消費者票券毀損、滅失及遺失時之入場機制並詳加說明。」之規定辦理，詳情請洽KKTIX客服中心。
- 請勿攜帶相機、攝影機、DV、錄音機入場，未經主辦單位同意，禁止拍照、錄影、錄音。
- 本節目禁止攜帶外食、飲料、任何種類之金屬、玻璃、寶特瓶容器、雷射筆、煙火或任何危險物品。
- 各表演場館各有其入場規定，請持票人遵守之，遲到觀眾需遵守館方管制。
- 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」，主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法!

Important Notices
- Please do not purchase tickets from auction websites or other non-officially authorized KKTIX channels, nor through unknown ticket agents. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through these means. To avoid potential fraud or transaction disputes and ensure your rights, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any issues, including denied entry at the event.
- Any form of ticket resale at a higher price, whether labeled as service fees, transportation fees, or other charges, is illegal. According to the Social Order Maintenance Act Article 64-2 and the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act Article 10-1, reselling tickets above face value may result in fines ranging from ten to fifty times the ticket price, imposed by the local government. Do not attempt this.
- One person per ticket. All attendees must present a valid ticket to enter. Children under 5 years old will not be admitted. Tickets are considered valuable certificates, and lost, damaged, burnt, or illegible tickets will not be reissued. Tickets are considered valuable documents; please keep them safe. Lost, damaged, burnt, or unrecognizable tickets will not be reissued.
- E-tickets are non-transferable and should not be shared or disclosed to third parties to prevent unauthorized access and entry.
- If you choose the E-ticket option for ticket collection, please download the KKTIX app from App Store or Google Play. You will need to present the QR code on your mobile device for scanning upon entry.
- If you lose your tickets, please report to the local police of the venue for a "Lost Item Report Form." Present the form along with valid proof of purchase and identification before entry. Entry will be granted after confirming no other ticket holder has the same ticket. Altered, photocopied, or scanned tickets are invalid. For more details, please contact KKTIX Customer Service Center.
- Cameras, camcorders, DV recorders, and audio recorders are not allowed. Unauthorized photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited.
- Outside food and beverages, metal objects, glass containers, PET bottles, laser pointers, fireworks, and other dangerous items are not allowed.
- Each venue has its own entry regulations. Ticket holders must comply with these rules. Latecomers must follow the venue's regulations.
- Consumers must use their real names and provide valid personal information when purchasing tickets. If purchasing on behalf of friends or family, you must obtain their consent. Using false information to buy tickets violates Article 210 of the Criminal Code ("Forgery of Private Documents") and the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act Article 10-1-3, which states that using false information or other improper means to purchase tickets may result in up to three years imprisonment or a fine of up to NT$3 million. The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to cancel such orders immediately.
